I had gotten a flat tire and was stuck on the shoulder of the interstate when Ricky pulled over to assist! I couldn’t believe it. He wouldn’t accept money, and said he likes to help people. I haven’t had the opportunity to go to their shop yet, but will definitely make sure I use them in the future. Thanks again Ricky!

Had a truck go down on the interstate this morning during rush hour traffic. Called the number and technician showed up, replaced the blown tire and had is back on the road in under an hour.....OUTSTANDING!!!

Best One Tire & Service truly sets the standard for what a trustworthy, customer-focused auto shop should be. From the moment you walk in, you’re treated with honesty, respect, and genuine care. The team consistently goes above and beyond to make sure every customer feels taken care of and confident in the work being done. What really sets them apart is their character—not just as professionals, but as people. I’ve personally seen their team stop to help strangers on the side of the road after a long day of work, simply out of kindness. That kind of integrity is rare and speaks volumes about who they are. If you’re looking for reliable, skilled, and compassionate service, Best One Tire & Service is hands down the number one choice for all your automotive needs. Highly recommend!

I cannot say enough great things about Jennifer. Super helpful, prompt, knowledgeable and accommodating. The whole crew was extremely professional and courteous. In and out in a flash and they were super busy. I would highly recommend skipping the rest and going to the best in Nashville. They are my go to tire shop. You won’t be disappointed.
